Self-Efficacy

Self-Efficacy

No one escapes difficult times; the difference lies in the way we rise to face them.  Some people get overwhelmed and freeze, unable to find solutions. Some people tap into resources for help. Then there are those who see problems like a puzzle to be solved and once done move on. The latter group has a healthy relationship with problem solving. Their self-belief gives power over challenges.

Over my life’s journey and career, I have been all those persons. Can you relate? In which category do you fall? Please contact me for additional tips to improve self-efficacy. Together we are stronger.
